The first four weeks I did 15-20 minutes on my elliptical everyday, about two weeks in I added Zumba classes three times a week, and as of this past weekend the 30 day shred!

Thanks everyone. I feel a little sheepish now, everything you guys are saying makes sense. Thanks for the input and encouragement! I will get a measuring tape and take measurements now before losing the next 30 pounds.
