This thread is one in which a new fitness and dietary challenge is posted each week. We also post our weigh-in numbers for the week on Monday (when the challenges actually start). Let's kick off February right! :bigsmile:

Here are the challenges/format to post for this week: (ANY one can join in at ANY time!)

FITNESS CHALLENGE:
Try to burn a pound of fat! To do this you'll need to burn 3500 calories. If you can't hit 3500, just try to get as close as you can!

DIETARY CHALLENGE:
Get you fiber! It is recommended that women under the ago of 50 consume 25 grams of fiber each day, so shoot for that.

    Okay I am in! I really want to start February right. I have a 10 year anniversary coming up and I want to look better than I did on my wedding day. Thanks for this Challenge.

    A short term goal of mine was being in the mid-160s by the end of January - that obviously didn't happen! :explode: I can't seem to shake the 170s, WTF?!?!?! I'm trying something new and just start P90 this morning, hopefully that'll help me get in to the mid-160s by the end of February!

    Ooooo! I want to join too! I finally started using my elliptical! So I'm going to try every day! Here's my info for today so far. I'll post again once I have dinner and my afternoon snacks added! I'm excited to be doing this with everyone, I don't usually keep up on challenges, so this one I want to complete!

    I get a big calorie burn when I go to spinning class - since you have a stationary maybe you could pick up the pace, or ride for longer to burn more calories...
