    Not as easy I as thought it would be to get in my fiber goal and still meet calorie goal. Guess I'm not eating the right stuff?:huh: Tomrrow I'll try to change it up to get enough fiber. Does beer have fiber?:drinker:

    Thanks to my new best friend, MR. APPLE, I got closer to 30gm of fiber. Apples taste good and have lots of fiber for their size. However, I still missed the fiber boat today. Maybe tomorrow?

    I did 2 hrs Just Dance 2, 2 hrs Walking/Jogging Intervals and 30 mins Tone Trouble Zones DVD

    This is not my average workout, I just had a horrible week eating so I needed to get a good workout in.
