I usually go to allrecipes.com with an idea, and then scroll through until I see something I can modify.

kraftrecipes.com has a Healthy Living section that has kid-friendly recipes, budget recipes, healthy recipe makeovers, etc. Each recipe has a tab that lists nutritional info and also a tab with reviews/ratings which I think is helpful. Members are always giving advice on how to adjust recipes if needed. You can find just about anything on that site. And, you can search by listing what ingredients you have. Very handy site to keep bookmarked.

Love tasteofhome.com/healthycooking. You can make some delicious recipes and comfort food that have been redone for lighter calories. My daughter made me homemade tortellini w/veggies soup this weekend and it was GOOD!!!! Now, I've got to look at some of these others! LOL

I just found skinnytaste.com a couple weeks ago and it is great. Made a few recipes already for dinner and even the papaya coconut muffins and lowfat oatmeal banana nut cookies. All has been delicious. And the husband loves them as well. He has been taking the muffins and cookies to work with him.
