It's fine to have a lap baby on international flights. I've had lap babies on 12 hour flights.

Yes, I've travelled with a lap baby. You still pay for them (less) and they give you a special seat belt for the baby that attaches to your own. Quite normal.

Is this real? I'd be surprised if this was allowed. Someone blocking the aisle like that is surely a safety hazard if the plane needed evacuation. And he surely couldn't wear a seat belt. I feel for the big guy more if this is real. That must have been uncomfortable and embarrassing for him.

I can only share what worked for me: What worked for me was to start small and work my way up. I walked vigorously for half an hour a day for a week, then made it 40 minutes, etc. But even starting with five minutes and working your way up would be something. I've found swimming as part of an overall program really good as it tones a lot.

I bring in a bottle of water. Sometimes, as a treat, I bring in a small cup of coffee. Usually just the water though.

There is a brand of drinking chocolate you can get that you'd probably find in the kids' drink mix section. I can't remember the brand but the company also does banana and strawberry flavoured milk mixes. Approx 7 calories a serve from memory.

I find I do best when I NET between 1200-1350 calories. If I don't exercise, that is my best net. If I do exercise, I still do best when my NET is 1200-1350.

Most of that looks really nice but it does look like a lot of food to me (even when I'm not counting calories). I would struggle to eat all that. Are you working out really hard and burning huge amounts of calories? Just wondering.

I'm in Melbourne, on the edge of the city. Yes, the spiders can be a bit big but they tend to stay outside for the most part. I've had a couple of huntsman inside. I seriously dislike spiders but find I can cope with what's here fine.

I only enter calories if a food isn't already in the database as that's all I count. If other people are interested in the other values, they can enter it. If everyone contributes then it will all be there in the end. I do correct values when they are wrong. Yesterday I changed one that said 101 calories to 34 because…
