I've biked on an off for years now, but it never was consistent. I decided this month to do 30 days of biking just to get my motor running and today was day 1. Its amazing how much I love to ride my bike, once I get on and actually start moving. Wishing all of you luck!

I count it as part of my water intake...I don't add any sugar to it though. Gotta love the green tea!!!

Yes! It took me a while to learn this....but I swear by my water now.

I use both Almond and cows milk, however Almondmilk is my go to because it's low in calories....60 calls for 1 cup. I use 2% cows milk for cereal and coffee. Almond milk is used in everything else

I was in Sams last night and saw the same kind of display. It's pretty funny to say the least. By mid February the health kick will be old news for most.

sounds wonderful..gonna swap the choc chips for raisins and omit the sweetener. The PB has enough sugar for my taste. thanks for this!
