Humans were originally lactose intolerant.. we've just adapted to it.
Not to knock your argument, because I don't particularly care either way, but I have to tell you that this is bull. Human breast milk is heavier in lactose than cow's milk - if humans are born lactose intolerant they have an exceptionally rare disorder called Galactosemia. If humans were "originally lactose intolerant", we'd have died out a long time ago.0 -
I use both Almond and cows milk, however Almondmilk is my go to because it's low in calories....60 calls for 1 cup. I use 2% cows milk for cereal and coffee. Almond milk is used in everything else0
