just got new med Exemestane .... see if it will change. I am down 7 pounds and feeling already better. I cut out most refined sugar, watching my Sodium intake, i drink more Water and just overall try to eat healthy. Not fallowing a special diet , but trying to learn to make good choices

At first it did not bother me to much but slowly i started to get horrible muscle cramps, muscle and joint pain just to name a few things. Long…

That is just it , I pretty much know what to do and not to do ...... knowing what is good and bad ....my problem is doing it . I know i feel so much better when i move more, when i eat right but yet .... i can't stop doing the wrong things. I wake up thinking ok i got this i will not make bad choices today . I get to work…

well.... I been staying away from any kind of sodas and I feel a lot better ..... I been drinking water all day and I feel less tired and not hungry .... so I think I go with how I feel even though some of you think drinking soda is ok

I did not blame anybody else but me ..... and I took steps to get back on track..... I was just stating how easy it is to fall of the wagon and how hard it is to get back on

I agree , letting someone take over like that is not a good thing, just hope I can get my motivation back like I had before ... got about 75 pounds to loose
