again and again

was doing well loosing 28 pounds , then I got into a relationship .... he would bring me sweets and wanted to go out to eat all the time .... telling me it did not matter how much I weigh > Finally I realized this was not love it was a way to make sure no one else would look at me . Needles to say I got out of the relationship and started on my eating well again, back to walking and doing what I am suppose to do to loose weight . But I gained 25 pounds back , so I have to start all over again. I have a long road ahead of me but hope to get there

The same thing happened to me. I spent a year and a half with a guy who basically took away my social life and made me fat. It was a pretty unhealthy relationship, and I realize it was my fault for letting myself gain the weight, but it's annoying to think that if I didn't date him, I could be 20 pounds thinner.

I agree , letting someone take over like that is not a good thing, just hope I can get my motivation back like I had before ... got about 75 pounds to loose

Nobody forced you to eat excessively. Where is the accountability?

I did not blame anybody else but me ..... and I took steps to get back on track..... I was just stating how easy it is to fall of the wagon and how hard it is to get back on
