So I guess you can't edit posts after a certain amount of time? I don't like that. :/ I guess I'll have to wait until I have all of my images ready to update. I like it to all be together. Here is the rest of yesterday. I suppose you'll get today 's tomorrow.

In 2.2lbs I will have lost 40lbs this calendar year!

I didn't read all the comments but I have found that some smart watches are bold faced liars. I trust my Samsung Gear. It tells me the truth. I tried a Fitbit and returned it after less than a week. A somewhat sedendary middle aged woman is not burning 3000 calories per day. No wonder fitbit is popular. Lol. It may be the…

I know it's not the same, but I lost my dad a couple of years back on Christmas Day and the pain of that led me to gain to my high weight via emotional eating. He was too young. I was too young to not have a dad (not even 30 yet.) I couldn't cope. It took me 2 years to turn my habits around. I've now lost the weight but…

Age: 24 Height: 5'9" Location: California! Start Weight: 178 Current Weight 157 Goal Weight: 130-140 My goal is more being fit and healthy and considering my ED past, I honestly have no idea what weight I will be at when I am happy. I don't even know... But I did just start measuring over weighing because like you said.... wayyy less stressful. When I see numbers on the scale too often I tend to freak out about the numbers on the scale. I'm not sure what I am right now as I just started and the numbers arent burned into my brain yet... but I know I'm…

THIS... is what I'm thinking I'll do... since I'm obviously stupid and over-complicating things.... sorry, this is my first time trying to do things correctly and with so many different opinions I'm just asking a lot of questions to figure out whats right for me....

Okay see, that one is giving my 1961 and that's based on 3-5 days a week which I plan to maintain after I get to my goal. (at least 3 anyway). So that matches up[ more with what i was thinking. The last one said 3000 or so..., that's why this is so confusing, some of these sites say "light, moderate, etc" but they have…

I'm starting to think I should just go off my BMR and add on the days I burn. Because there is nothing "regular" about my exercise routines. At least not YET. Maybe I'll come back to this topic after I've gotten over the hurdle of maintaining a regular exercise routine that I can expect to repeat week-to-week. Because…
-
assuming of course i re-evaluate my BMR often throughout this entire journey
-
how? not being snarky, honestly don't understand why it's backwards. doesn't it make sense to exercise more and eat less while trying to lose? And then eat to maintain and keep up regular exercise (but maybe not as vigorous) to stay at my goal weight?
-
sorry, how should I be keeping track of my cals burned if they're usually.... all over the place? Should I not use TDEE?
-
how am i supposed to know when i go over if i log it as 1 cal?
-
lol what? I go 2 hours a day 5 days a week and I'm hardly "killing myself" half the time it's light exercise like yoga and 3 days a week the other half is only Zumba and a quick 20 minutes of weights (including resting in between) just because I'm at the gym 10 hours a week doesnt mean im burning max cals 10 hours a week.…

"And I still "count" the calories on here, I just ignore them (exercises I mean). Some people are able to multi-task like that lol. " this is what I have been doing and people are freaking out about my artificially low NET
-
see i thought i understood and then I read this. lol. So... do YOU just aim for your BMR regardless of what you burn?
-
So if my cals are all over the place and I don't know HOW to even go about calculating my TDEE, should I just take my BMR and then eat my exercise cals? I noticed a lot of people on MFP are doing that. I just want to do this right. lol
