I love beach body fitness programs but the customer service and the double charging I could do without. I keep coming back however because the programs like insanity, brazil butt lift and P90X are so worth it.

I you have a crockpot like the lady below suggested I think it is a great idea. Look up recipes for slow cookers and you will find sooooo many good ones that are literally the easiest things to make.

I like carbs so anything whole wheat works for me. Wheat english muffins and an egg, or protein pancake/waffles with fruit, a whoe wheat raisin muffin. I love all that, it's healthy and keeps me going till mid morning snack time.

I'm in week 5 of couch to 5k and I love it! It truly just eases you into running and before you know it youre running for 30 minutes without even realizing that you havent stopped or slowed down to take a breath! I highly reccomened it.

FREE WEIGHTS! I lift free weight 3X a week. It speeds up my metabolism and really kicks my muscle deffinition up a notch. I started out with lighter weights then slowly started moving up to 10's then 15's so on and so forth. I set a goal each month and try my best to acheive it. I target a new muscle group each time and go…

I try to, just so i'm not kidding myself, the little things really add up and I think that can be a really big problem that I dont always take notice to.

YES! And oh dear God it is effective! I loved the program so much i've done it 4 times. I love it so friggin much lol kinda a maniac about it i just think it seriously is the way to go to launch you into a great workout routine. GOOD LUCK

Competion is the best and most effective way to reach a goal I think. What is your goal specifically? I'm not a body builder but I have started lighting "heavy" and i'm trying to gain muscle mass *kitten* well.
