OMG I hate when there is any type of hilday at work because it seems that everyone resorts to bringing in candy! I try to bring in as many fruits as possible and just burry myself in work so im not just wondering around the office looking for a reason to eat candy.

Stick to the program. i'm telling you. You may think you're ready but it's better to listen and walk when it tells you to. And try to limit it to running 3 days a week. I'm at 4 now because i've upped my mileage but it's better to stick to the what the program is telling so you dont burn out

If you have a smart phone I would suggest downloading Spotify. I love it, I look up a kind of song it it plays the songs that are similar to it. So I find one thats upbeat and run to the same tempo.
