I get that sometimes when I run, and I just keep going, but I take in some DEEP breaths through my nose, exhale through my mouth and it goes away. I'm too stubborn to stop or slow down!! LOL As you build up your endurance, you will be able to go longer without the pains! :) GREAT Job in committing to the c25k!!! Woot!!!

I weigh things on my digital kitchen scale. Usually in grams. I find that, when using measuring cups with solids, little air pockets make it inaccurate, and with liquids it is less waste to measure it right into the bowl while it is on the scale. :)

I always keep some kind of snack in my purse/bag. Maybe a 100 calorie granola bar? An orange, apple, or banana? Way to go on the working out!!! Woo Hoo!!!

Yep! Up at 7am with my hubby to work out!! Did my ab exercises, then 25 minutes on the treadmill. Then I cleaned our Excursion & it took 5 hours with no breaks!!! THAT was a good workout! WHEW!!! :yawn:

Yes, MFP does change the calories burned when you lose weight!! You have to re-enter the cardio exercise, not just click the box when you reach a new weight and it will re-adjust.
