www.recipes.sparkpeople.com do a search for low calorie crock pot recipes. There are hundreds, all with nutritional values. I must have printed off 20 recipes from here, and so far, soooo good!

I got lucky and a friend of my Husband's gave me the px90 set. I don't want to start it until after I finish the program I'm on now, but I'm curious, how long is each workout? I've heard its anywhere from 20-90 minutes, so I'd really like a solid answer from people who've done it. Thanks!

I'm the same, height wise, and I think that 120 is too low as well. I have a muscular, sporty build, and if I got to 120, I just don't think it would look healthy. I'm going for 130, 132ish and I will re-evaluate from there.

Congratulations! I know first hand how difficult that is. I work right next door to a Bakery!!!! :grumble: I can smell the aroma of cookies, cakes, pastries, breads(!) all day long! But! I had one of those to that I used once. It was a piece of crap that didn't work right, at all. Invest in a bit better one and you'll be much happier!:smile:

I get the carne asada steak instead of the tacos. I asked what cut of beef it is so that I could log it accuratly. I skipped the tortillas, refried beans and rice, and opted for black beans and salad. It turned out to only be a bit over 600 cals.
