This happened to me some years back. After losing 20lbs, I was stuck. I changed my workouts. I left my daily eliptical routine and mixed things up. I added workout videos, yoga and eventually running. I eventually dropped 50lbs. Try something new and see if it makes a difference.

The best small investment I made was a digital scale/measuring cup. It will adjust to different liquids and solids as well as just act as a scale. I bought it at Target for under $20 so I know you can find one at a reasonable price.

Great advice! I will stop cutting down on my oil and other healthy higher-calorie foods.

I drink tons of flavored seltzer. I only drink the ones with low sodium and no artificial sweeteners. I have had no ill effects after 10 months. My blood pressure use to be high but now its perfect, so I know the seltzer is not increasing my salt intake. Good luck, I hope this helps :)

I'm currently recovering from surgery and am on a walking-only plan. It's tough when you want to do your usual workouts. Check with your doctor if yoga is OK. Yoga helped me lose weight and get tone this past year. It's the quiet calorie burner. Keep taking care of yourself :)

Thanks to all for this challenge. I'm losing weight consistently due to diet but I need to focus on my workouts and water intake. I exclude sugar, flour, cheese and fried foods from my diet. I eat a lot of clean flavors. Here is a fast recipe for a tuna salad with a little kick. 1 can tuna in water (not oil) 2 teaspoons…
