My before and after pic - 75 lbs down

Finally found a picture from my "I really don't want my picture taken" phase for a comparison. It's been about a year since I started down this path. The picture on the left was at my niece's wedding in January of 2011. I weighed in at 245 lbs. Pretty good gut going there. Weird thing is I never noticed it until I compared it to my latest picture. On the right was last weekend right after winning the old fart division in my fist triathlon. Down to a skinny 170 lbs.
