  • Yippee! I have been a team slacker all week but managed to go out with a BANG! :explode: Workout completed. 10 push ups, I think that is about twice as many as I could do about 6 months ago. Ran 3 miles!!!!! :bigsmile:

  • Sorry, I didn't get to the Tabata workout... I was waylay-ed by a friend needing help with a roofing job. I did get quite a workout!!!! Am I too old to be roofing? LOL

Water workouts are great fun Sundance, they give you quite a workout and you don't know how much your sweating :laugh: I am down to 183 this morning a loss of 2 pounds for the week! My body is starting to feel like things are leveling out :bigsmile: Five Days Left! Let's ROCK them ladies!!!!!

  • Looks to me like your not fueling your body for the kind of workouts your doing.... just a thought. I also have been lightheaded lately and found out my BP was really LOW... I have increased my calories and for me my sodium because I had been keeping it very low as well. Both have helped me anyway. Good luck.

  • Workout done for Monday and I don't drink my calories except for an occasional protein shake after I lift heavy weights. I'm not doing much lifting during "Belinda's Team Challenge" since I'm doing the workouts here to shake my routine up. :bigsmile:

Actually I found out my BP is really LOW so I am increasing my sodium to 2300mg for awhile and see if that improves my BP and NO Pam, I don't need any junk food ideas! LOL…
