  • It takes my 300 Calories Way over the top. That is why I don't use it. I still enjoyed my waffle this morning without it.
  • I only buy real butter! I love it. But I don't need to cook with it. It just adds calories I don't need. I will still use it on some things like my cooked veggies at dinner. But If you use REAL butter it does add a lot of fat/calories.
