Hi MyFitnessPal Community!

My name is Jess, and I'm sad to say this is not my first time introducing myself. My highest weight 2.5 years ago was 178 , which I worked down to 165 at the beginning of last summer. Then, through heavy use of this site and a lot of motivation, I lost another 15 lbs, bringing my weight down to 150 about 9 months ago.

I promised myself I would never see the 160s and definitely not the 170s ever again, but somehow here I am at 172. I'm honestly ashamed of letting all my hard work go to waste. I can blame my weight gain on my last year of college or depression, but I should have never let myself gain all my weight back.

I really hope this time will be different, but I'll need some support! I have a fresh start out of school with a full-time job, new apartment, and I'm hoping to add a new healthy lifestyle to the list!
