Round 2..3...oh who knows! (returning customer)

I am giving this place another shot. I was doing GREAT for a while, and then LIFE happened. Life got messy, stressful, and my health was the first thing to suffer. Long story short: I'm now 36, I have two boys, a tween and a teen, and I'm mostly happily married. Living the American Dream, right?! Almost. I need to lose this weight! I'm not saying I want to be 120 and rock a bikini (ugh no thanks!)...I just want to be HEALTHY again. I dont mind my size 18 caboose NEARLY as much as I hate the tummy that comes with it! I am looking for accountability partners to help encourage me, and I'll encourage you too! I am a little shy on these boards (which is wierd because in real life i'm not shy AT ALL) but I'm reaching out to for help, and i'm offering mine in return! My plan: hit the gym on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and try to keep my calories under 1500 per day (today isnt that day). CHEERS!

Welcome back! Funny, I find I am shy in 'real life' and I can gab away on the boards!

Feel free to add me as a friend, I'd like to help you stay accountable.
Have you already started the gym? Sounds like a great plan as long as it fits your schedule.

I would love to be your buddy:) The more people you have on your buddy list the better.. Post when you're having bad days and good days. It helps keep you accountable. And know that when you have a bad day you can get back up and do better tomorrow! Are you in love with the gym? Or would you be happier working out at home? Do what is best for you. What makes you feel good. And log all your meals, snacks and binges no matter what. Stay true to yourself and you will get there!

Thanks so much for replying you guys! I just started going to the gym again this week. I had my appointment with the trainer on Monday, got all my numbers and stuff (ouch!). I think going will be a lot easier for me because my 14 yr old wants to go too...and he's the kind of kid that will tell me to my face that I'm responsable for HIS wellbeing and just because I want to skip doesnt mean I can jeaprodize his health! LOL He's super tall and super thin but wants to build his endurance in running and maybe do a little lifting. I was in love with the gym before I stopped going. I really LOVE my gym. Everyone is super nice and I always end up meeting new people (I'm very chatty in public...online I just never really know what to say though!). For me the hardest part of going to the gym is just actually getting in the car and GOING. I'm a great procrastinator. I will FR all of you and I'll post daily and do my best to keep my diary updated!!! Thanks again for the support!
