Trying to start up again.

Hello to all of you!

I think I have had this account for sometime now and well, at the beginning of the year I actually decided to get fit and shed a few pounds despite everyone telling me that I'm fine exactly the way I am. I stopped working out maybe a month ago due to a bunch of school work + dealing with surgery issues. I have finally recouped and I want to stay focused this time and actually lose the weight! If there are any of you out there who can maybe give me a few pointers on how to stay motivated and focused I would really appreciate it. Maybe you guys could end up pushing me as well.

Food seems to be the hardest thing for me, no matter how hard I try to change up my diet usually nothing seems to work. More when your mother decides to go against everything you just spoke about getting healthy ><

    Hi there! I would love to give you some advice:) I am an online coach as well. I have a personal fitness group on FB and we all chat about our daily eating habits and excersize we get in!

    I am not over weight like you but I want that 6 pack abs still and to FEEL awesome!
