I have so far done well with no snacking part. Have been drinking water instead. And have asked my DH not to buy any snacks for me. I take a peck from him when he eats his ( so irresistible ! ) but the good thing is he eats only plain biscuits and doesn't snack at night like me :smirk: ( yeah, I am the only culprit at home…

Oh ! This challenge is sooo good for me. I am snacking all the time- day and night :tongue: Goals from February 18 1.No snacking at all ( cakes, chocolates,cheese puffs,biscuits,icecreams) 2. Have oats/chapathi. No rice. 3. No eating after 8 4. Have milk everyday. I will update my streak tomorrow :) all the best to y'all !!

Week 2 : Monday : 240 minutes Tuesday : nil Wednesday : 66 minutes of treadmill,burnt 514 calories. I am planning to up it to 90 minutes next time. That s the goal for now.

Yay ! Count me in too . Went on a nature trail walk for four hours today. It was awesome ! But there are some days when I don't feel motivated enough to do it. I hope to lose3 to 5 kilos at the end of 100 days. Weighing 70 kilos today

I have nt lost a pound nor gained any. Have been concentrating on maintaining my diet regime. Time to hit the gym ! I probably won't lose 5 pounds this month, but atleast I ll be on the right track.
