    Joining challenge tonight. I hate after 8pm as temptation rears its ugly head and I am too tired to say 'no' - yes, seriously. I have to beat this as it ruins an otherwise balanced day of eating and keeps me overweight!!

    Oh ! This challenge is sooo good for me. I am snacking all the time- day and night :tongue:

    Goals from February 18
    1.No snacking at all ( cakes, chocolates,cheese puffs,biscuits,icecreams)
    2. Have oats/chapathi. No rice.
    3. No eating after 8
    4. Have milk everyday.
