    I ate my bone broth for breakfast and was not hungry all day. Not that hungry at dinner time either but ate a real dinner. I did not have my usual ravenous appetite in the evening. So I am having bone broth again for breakfast.

    I weighed in two pounds less this morning although I had an "I need brown sugar NOW!" fix at 10 pm last night. I added 3 Tbsp of it to Honey Clusters Fiber cereal with wheat germ, chia and hemp seeds, topped off with soy milk in a small bowl. I also am working on having my biggest meal no later than lunch time.

    Tonight was tough, I started thinking about eating biscuits before I'd even had dinner. If I didn't have this challenge as motivation I definitely would've caved.
