I typically lose almost nothing for 10 days straight, then take a sudden drop. Then another 10-day plateau, and another sudden drop. Not sure why, but my chart shows it's a consistent pattern.0 -

The water weight is gone and then some ^^ I'm not sure if I'm going to make it to 5lbs for september though. My weight loss seems to be slowing down some.

I have nt lost a pound nor gained any. Have been concentrating on maintaining my diet regime. Time to hit the gym ! I probably won't lose 5 pounds this month, but atleast I ll be on the right track. It's so inspiring to see the other posts here.... Feel very motivated after seeing others gradually losing weight. Hopefully I ll too start losing some
