    What is your favorite fall exercise? Walking and hiking in the national park near my house -- fall is perfect for hiking with the beautiful weather.

    It's been a good week! Started the day after Labour Day and I'm feeling good about my efforts so far. After wayyy too long not taking care of myself, it feels great to have some discipline back in my life. :)

    My weight is coming off, but of course I secretly hope that it would come off quicker. My biggest challenge is working out for 60 minutes m-f and fueling my body correctly and still being able to lose weight. If you have any similar experience...would love to hear from you.

    Realistically I lose about 4 lbs a month, but sure would love to get that other pound too!

    My continual struggles are getting enough exercise throughout the week, calming my cravings for sugar/ salt and eating when I'm not even truly hungry :-/ I need to make myself more of a priority. Does this sound familiar?
