I sometimes have a shake for breakfast. I really enjoy them! I'm not much of a breakfast person and it helps me get some protein in my body. Wouldn't recommend the diet though.

My mum says I've lost weight, but she's my mum and she's being nice lol :) I actually noticed how much I've lost when I was in the bath last night actually. Less of my belly is out of the water! And it feels alot firmer and stuff. I'm losing boob too, much to my disappointment :(

The best way to get sleep is to enure that you are warm enough and not overheated, you have your curtains shut - no light; and it's as quiet as possible.
