My boyfriend brought home a 27lb halibut yesterday. I baked it with anise, lemon, and herbs in parchment yesterday. What do I do with the rest? I need a few more recipes.

You can coat it in a really thin layer of lemon and cracked black pepper batter and fry it. (Using frylite or something)0

there are a ton of different ways to make halibut. Its a great, dense fish that pulls flavor well.
Lemon-Dill--mix fresh dill and squeeze the juice of a lemon, marinade fish for about an hour, then cook on grill or bake--you can bake with remaining marinade on the fish.
Parmesan Crusted--I usually dip in an egg wash, then roll in shredded parm and panko breadcrumb mix, then bake until golden brown crust
here are 2 more that sounded good to me!
