Well I have lost a lot of weight with counting however Im at a place right now were i kind of no portion control and 3 days a week workout is a must, do I still count calories sometimes but now its not so main focus since I am at a weight I am comfortable at .

Both because with strength you are leaning out plus you want be flabby after losing your weight.

you can still lose weight as long as you stay under calorie, if you deprive yourself of your favorite foods your losing weight will be shot! not to say you should not eat veggies and fruit, but you can still enjoy your favorite foods by eating in moderations, I kind of mix my eating up a little bit but i make sure i dont…

I agree because often i dont eat breakfast because i am just not hungry,however i do drink coffee before going to the gym i dont get hungry until noon,which i eat a meal, but yes that is stated alot on mfp great topic by the way!

Hi sorry about your lost but Im sure you will find something else, but what i do because i live up stairs to i will usually go down stairs and inform my neighbor that i will be working out for 30-45min and they are understanding or you can find out when they are not there to exercise.

I agree with other post something is wrong because i am allowed 1500 something cals to eat!

The final straw for me was when my clothes became uncomfortable and i could not bend to polish my toes or strap my cute sandals, but like the other ladies i saw pictures of my self and i looked a hot mess!
