When I only have a running nose and a bit of coughing, I continue with my normal workout. But when I have a fever/joint pain/can't breathe etc, I take a break.

My fashion tip would be: bat wing shirts, I love them!

I'm always thinking that as well when I start, after the first 10 kg I switch to "Fk yea this time I can do it! Really!" - this is a great Feeling, unfortunately, it doesn't take long, as I'm an emotional/stress eater -> jojo! When I can finally get my a** up again, I'm back at "who am I kidding?" :(

I have a treble broken foot and aren't allowed to go to the gym for 8-9 weeks :cry: So I started doing all kind of excercises where I don't have to stand on my foot, dumbbell workouts, crunches, even some leg stuff while lying on the floor.

I'm in a similar boat. I was able to burn up to 1000 or more cals at gym, stopped due to depression and now that I restarted gym, I started with 300max per workoutsession (elliptical+bycicle). But it will get better! I started with 200ish in 30mins elliptical and now I'm 300+. So just Keep doing it and it should go back to…
