i've suffered with sleep disorders all my life so a normal night for me is
goto bed around 9pm
30mins minimum to get to sleep, wake up 2 hrs later for a drink or a pee
then sleep, toss and turning and waking up every hour or 2 til around 4:30/5am
would love to goto the gym in the morning but ours doesn't open til 6am and i start work at 6am, i go after work 3-4 days a week
on weekends i'm up by 7am at the latest usually 6am, and off to gym with a training buddy at 8:30am.0 -
somewhere between 1 and 3 in the afternoon0

Well Mon-Fri my alarm goes off at 7 am and I tend to snooze it until 8 am (work starts at 9 am). During weekends and day offs, its something between 9 and 11 am. I have no one to feed or wake me up unless someone calls me (too) early. But luckily most people know not to call me before 10 am on my day offs :laugh:0

5.30am every morning weekdays and weekends. I hate laying in and prefer early nights instead.0
-
Sunday through through Thursday it's usually 6-6:30, Friday it's 5-5:30 (not today though) and every other Saturday it's usually 7-7:30. On those Saturdays, I don't need to be up that early, I don't set an alarm.0

haha i feel ya, when i had dogs they would demand to go outside and breakfast at 6am.0 -
My nights are generally 5 to 6 hours of sleep, natural rise & shine time being between 4:00 and 5:00am (sometimes as early as 3:00am, which makes for an incredibly looooooooooong day) any day of the week. It's been like this a couple of years now, don't even remember what "sleeping in" is :ohwell:0
