I hear and feel things in quite a few bones when i lifted. It never used to hurt me so i didnt take it seriously. Although i didnt hear or feel stuff in my wrist thats the only thing thats played up the past couple months. Always best to take it easy every time and get regular check ups

Save 100-150 calories for after dinner snacks Brush your teeth Keep busy (watch a movie or tv) Have a protein shake/bar have a cup of tea or a low cal drink drink a litre of water as fast as you can (lol actually kinda works)

Yes every day I walk allot (dog) and do weight training and time on the bike. I don't get this eating back calories. From Monday I think I'll try out 1400 and slowly increase it to 1800 over time

Okay, I've done my goal of 1400. From today I will log everything! I know there's allot of crap about this but does it matter how much carbs I have if I'm under my calorie goal?

Okay Ive decided to try one week doing just a normal low calorie plan. Im working all next week (on my feet all day) and wanted to see how many calories id be eating..turns out its only 850..i know thats not enough for weight loss but i dont have time to eat and i dont even feel hungry, any advice?

right so ive tried to do a meal plan with the macros, im hitting the protein but lacking 6g from carbs and quite a bit from fats, two things is fat important? and how do i increase both with out increasing protein

I havent suffered from depression but when ever i am depressed i go to the gym and channel that energy into lifting weights, running for longer, while thinking to myself 'ima show them'

In relation to bodyweight vs external weight. I believe that adding external weight is better and you will be lifting more, working harder and there for burning more :) There are alot of excersises on youtube that could help (use onw body weight and external) for example burpees squats lundges push ups squat thrusts :)
