This is only with 20 Pounds loss and people have been asking me if I got a nose job lol. I am excited what my face will look like after I reach my goal! Yay!

Ill be truthful, I stopped logging because I was eating way under my Cal goal for a while and I figured since I was not eating over my calorie goal of 1900 I dont have to log it... Some days ill eat 1300 Calories a day and some days Ill eat 1000 calories.

THANKS EVERYONE FOR ALL THE TIPS! - I tried Melatonin, It did not work for me, I was up after 2 hours of sleep and could not fall back to sleep. Yes but I have increased my calorie intake and try eating at least 3/4 or all the way to my minimum calorie needed.

Here are some changes that I have done, Used to eat 1-2 meals per day... Now I eat 5 meals per day. Used to drink 20 ounces of soda a day, now drink 2 liters of water a day. Used to binge on carbs and not have a balance diet, Now a lot more protein and less carbs.

I have not tried Melatonin, I am really desperate to try anything at this point! THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT IS RESPONDING! IT IS REALLY REALLY HARD RIGHT NOW FOR ME!!! I FEEL LIKE BREAKING DOWN AND CRYING IT SO SEVERE! :(

Hi! I tried days where I dont work out, Where I work out in the morning and then when I work out at night, No change what so ever.

Hey amber! Unfortunately no caffeine for me! :) I had the will power to quit all soda and energy drinks which is great because they were all soda and caffeine, but you think that would make sleeping easier for me right.... ha WRONG :(

I know, It is really difficult, I really enjoy sleeping and its taking a toll on me, I also tried taking ZZZQUIL and still did not help. I took it for 2 nights and don't want to take it again because I dont know what long time side effects it has. I mean I used to work out at night all the time and would even sleep better…

Hey Jack! Yeah that is the problem, I need to hit 2000 cals and I have not hit that for 2 weeks and 3 days. Can I just go out and have a burger or something to get it up there and try again? Or Should I go buy a steak tonight and eat it?

Yeah, I saw that peanut butter has a lot of calories, 190 in 2 tablespoons... the only thing im not digging is the fact that it has surgar listed as the third ingredient. Is there a place where you can buy healthier peanut butter and I can add my own sugar from apples or something?

I cant thank you guys for all the support and information! I will do that, I think avocados nuts and stuff will be great for me... Its hard to want to loose weight and learning about a whole new different world of what "I thought" dieting was and how people that are successful are doing it!

ALSO if I did up my calories back up should I work them off? For example consume 2000 calories work off 500 calories or do I need to consume 2500 calories?
