ya I've always been a little on the chubby side (even more so now after having my daughter) and every guy I have been with has said he loves how I'm not all skin and bones, but it just makes me so mad, cuz I hate being fat and having them point out that I'm obviously not small really pissed me off.

I have lost some body fat, my tummy has gone down a lot, I'm still obese, but less. I had messurement taken the other day at my gym, and my tummy is about 5 inches less than it was when I started, I may not be losing fast with just cardio, but I am losing. yupp. I've lost 23 pounds in about 3 months, diet and cardio, no weight lifting...soo....yeah....I guess I'll keep dropping in weight but stay fat forever, cuz according to this guy I'm doing it wrong *rolls eyes*

no such thing as spot reducing. ^^^ THIS!!! You can lift and do workouts to help build the MUSCLE in your arms, but you can not make that fat go away in just that area, my arms are a huge problem for me, but the only way to get rid of the fat is to eat right and exercise!

CAVENDERS!!! I swear by cavenders!! ....they are PERFECT for pork chops! you just sprinkle cavenders on before grilling, baking, or pan frying!
