failure

fat burn on....
The elliptical machines at my gym says 'fat burn= low intensity ... cardio=high intensity ' .. the low intensity for fat burn doesn't make sense to me.....has anyone found it to be true for them?

net calories?
so on days that I work out, I still only eat between 1200-1400 calories, which leaves me with a really low net cal, like 300-600....is this bad?? should I have 1200 in net?

reaching out for ideas again
So I am flyin cross country next week and do not wanna buy food in the airport, I wanna take my own snacks. So I did the dry sauna today at the gym for about 20 mins (killing time before my bro was ready to leave)....what is the benefit or point of the sauna? Is it just to lose water weight through sweating?

what is too high?
when I work out my heart rate is between 185 and 215....my bro (who I work out with) says that is scary high and I need to be careful because that's too high...I don't have high blood pressure or anything.....any tips on what I can do to slow it down to a healthier pace

skipping breakfast?
My daughter is an amazing baby and lets me sleep all morning til I wake up on my own...but sometimes I sleep through breakfast time and by the time I get up have her taken care of, its lunch time...how do i make up for that in a healthy way?

So happy!
Soooooo today is day 6 of my Diet and I feel AMAZING! I can tell such a big difference in my attitude and my alertness and everything, I'm loving it! weights for weight loss?
When I go to the gym I start out on the elliptical (pretty intense) and do that for 30-60 mins then I go and do some weight machines then I go back to the elliptical for a slightly less intense 15-30 mins I dont really know what weight stuff I should be doing though...I do a lot of ab stuff, but as far as arms and legs…

to lose weight just by staying under your calories for the day? I haven't been able to go to the gym very often but I need to lose weight... Any super foods that are good for weight loss? Or tips on what to do??

When I work out I wear two of the Golds Gym Waist Trimmer Belts....one real low on my abdomen and one mid abdomen.... has anyone had any extra results by wearing them? or are your weightloss results about the same?

Question!
So I had a protein/fruit smoothie for lunch around 1230....but will be going to the gym at 4....I'm hungry now, which means i'll be starving by the time I get to the gym....what is a good pre-gym snack or small meal to eat that won't be too heavy on my stomach??

Calories all gone and I'm starving!!!
I don't know what to do...I've used up all of my calories for the day but I'm still starving, I feel like I'm going to throw up I'm that hungry... on nights like this is it better to go a little over calories or just sweat it out and wait til morning?

Yummy Yummy breakfast smoothie!!!
1 serving - 1/2 cup POM 100% juice 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries 1 banana 1 or 2 tangerines (I used 2 but if you dont like a lot of citrus taste then one will be better for you) (protein powder is optional, I add 1/2 scoop) then blend!! I just made this this morning and holy cows milk I love it!
