i work nights too 11- 7am My 24 hr eating period to get my calories in is 5pm-5pm I sleep 9am-5pm Breakfast at 5.30pm sml snack at 8pm lunch/dinner at 1am snack at 3 am snack at 5am

no strict diet plan, just always being careful with my serving size and what I eat. I track my food Monday-Friday and go to the gym 5 days a week. depends on the exercise, but you should be doing three sets of one. then move on to the next exercise. ...if your doing a super-set, its different. try bodybuilding.com all the answers about weight lifting are on that website.

i haven't had a cheat meal for almost a month!

I only have one coffee a day on my way into work and I also use a pre- work out. I work 11pm-7am mon-friday.. i cut out my coffee last week to see if it would make a difference in my weight loss due to hitting a plateau and I lost 2 pounds!
