Hi! I was the same...I only liked doing the Treadmill. After awhile I got bored and stopped going. What I do enjoy is changing things up . I like doing cardio and strenght training as well as yoga. The only program I did enjoy was the 21 day fix and T25. Wasn't a fun of their meal replacement products

I am finishing Round 5 and it is great!.

I have done slim in 6 and enjoyed it. It does get repetitive but you do feel so toned once you've complete the workout!

I love fitness Blender. I am doing their 8 week program - Round 5 and it is awesome!

I like T25 but you could always try Fitness blender. They have tons of free workouts on Youtube...

I really liked Insanity when I did, but I prefered T25 way more! I might do Insanity again once I am done with Fitness Blender's 8 week program

Oh there are so many options! If you 're looking for a food blog, I recommend oh she glows, vegetarian times, happy herbivore etc Usually for dinner, I get Lentils Curries, Wraps, stews, salads, home made bean burgers. I keep my diary open if you want to add me you can see some options.

I got their Vegetarain Plan but haven't started it yet. The plan does look really easy to follow. Are you following Their Fitness Program? I just got Round 5 and will start soon

I do a mixture of working out at home and going to the gym. When I go to the gym I do spinning, swimming, yoga or their strength training classes. While at home I do fitness blender, or any other home workouts. I like mixing it up!
