Are any of you from Ottawa, Canada? I'd love to connect with people close by who have similar goals; I'm looking to loose around 70 pounds and I need some support! I go to The Athletic Club in Trainyards and would love to find someone or a small group of people who'd like to meet up eve if its just once a week, keep the motivation going :)
