You and I are in the same boat. I too almost died from congestive heart failure. For me it was in October of 2011. But, I went over 400 lbs. I really put on water weight. I really don't want to go through that again.

it's only bad if you want to lose weight. My family makes some good food too. But I make my small meals for myself on the side. You might want to learn how to cook. Eat fresh vegetables and little bet of meat, drink lots of water, exercise a bit more.

It's so I can go all out on them. chest, back and Legs are big muscles, they uses up a lot of energy. My goal is to break then down so they can rebuild. So I can make them gains. Normally chest and back would have there own day, but I'm trying to cut.

I don't know if is a rave. I been taking it to help build muscle. keep in mind protein powders won't help you lose weight, It well make you gain weight. hopefully it'll be muscle gain then fat gain.
