I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers!

Hi Ava, Welcome to MFP! This is a GREAT site and it has helped me keep my focus on my goals. I have found that logging in my food keeps me from skipping meals (I have a tendency to do that on the weekends) and every bite I take gets logged so not only does it keep me honest, but it always keeps me making better choices…

It DOESN'T matter as long as you do the best you can. Over time, you will be able to not only keep up with the girls, but surpass them with the number of push ups you are doing! When I attempted my first push up, my husband had to hold up half my body. I can now do about 5 "real" push ups on my own. It just takes time and…

I LOVE vitatops. They have 100 calories, come in a variety of GREAT tasting flavors, are filling and a great source of fiber. I keep them in the freezer and when I am ready to eat one, I pop it into the microwave for about 30 seconds and I am in heaven for a few minutes :P

Don't forget to take your measurements. I have found that scale hasn't changed, but my measurements have. Try on some pants and see how they fit now - non scale victories are even more exciting! Good luck to you both!

Hi! Visit Hungrygirl.com as they have a list designed just for what you are asking about. Don't think of it as diet stuff either, just a lifestyle change and it includes tons of great tasting food. Cheese, chocolate, snacks, popcorn, fruit, vegetables, etc. Hope this helps. Good luck in your journey :P

I think it is okay to indulge every now and then. On the Biggest Loser, the contestants eat a big meal with more calories than normal on their weigh-in day just to confuse their bodies. You never want your body to know exactly what you are going to do, then it expects it. Enjoy your date time with your husband and just be…

Way to go!!! You look GREAT :P

Hi! I have found success in finding what makes me move. I enjoy walking and I just purchased Sketchers Shape-ups and they definitely make me feel like I have exercised. I also LOVE to dance so I try to do that as well. When I belonged the a gym a while back, I found taking classes worked for me to stay motivated. The trick…

Congrats on your success last year!!!! What an inspiration you are :P Good luck on your goals this year.

Hi - when you set up your profile, did you select active for your lifestyle? That will adjust your calories taking into account that you have an active day. I only add my exercise calories when my focus is exercise nothing additional, but that is just me. I think everyone does it differently depending on what works for…

Welcome and good luck on your journey!!!! Just remember the key to success is moderation :)

They are still the ultimate trainers, Biggest Loser put them both on the map. We are bummed that Jillian is leaving the show :( of course one season they had a third trainer and she only lasted one season so we will see what happens. . .

Good luck KC! I found that I am most successful when i log my food and this website has proven to be a great tool. Please share your successes with us!

I get what you are saying, but ideally you want to get the right calories and nutrition with your daily intake. It is okay to splurge every now and then so don't feel guilty, enjoy that chocolate orange!

One of my favorite things to eat is breakfast (any time of the day). Eggs or egg whites and diced vegetables all scrambled up together is super easy and yummy! We also use the George Forman grill for chicken all the time and try various sauces. I then add some brown rice and a vegetable. Good luck in your search!

I have the DVDs and just started doing them one at a time. You don't have to go in order. When I first started I couldn't do one push up and now I can do about 8 so just take your time, do your best and over time you will get stronger, lose the weight and feel GREAT! Good luck
