I do boot camp which is all types of exercises like your classes, I always use "circuit training-general". Also, I try to be conservative with my time estimates, a 60 min boot camp I will put, 45 min (leaves time for transitioning, water breaks, and stretching)!

Insanity... is by far the best workout! It is all body-weight exercises so you don't have to spend for any equipment! Try looking for it on craigslist or ebay to get a used cheaper copy!

You actually can NOT spot treat... Unfortunately! Fat is throughout your entire body including your organs.
