After reading so many success stories I was motivated to get healthy. Do you guy have any tips for a first time dieter? My goal is to lose 30 pounds in a year. It's a long shot but it's always good to think big :)

    Track everything that goes in your mouth, when/before you eat it (or as close as you can) - waiting until the end of the day you are bound to miss something and tracking throughout the day keeps you focused and on track!

    Also, allow yourself to slip up now and then... it is a journey and you have to understand if you don't allow yourself some wiggle room then you will fall off the wagon - remember make healthy choices most of the time!
