I'm a call center girl as well! I have to pack my lunch and any snacks to eat every day and have to make sure sure I eat the snacks whenever I have a break. I sent a friend request

Definitely! I've found that it's even harder than in my 30's. My body processes food differently than when I was younger so I've had to completely change the way I eat and keep close track of my calorie intake to continue taking the weight off. Much slower going than when I was younger, but I'm getting there.

My husband had many of the same symptoms you have. We discovered that he has IBS, plus some gluten and dairy sensitivities. So our whole diet changed. We cut out red meat, eat mostly gluten free and dairy free items. We try not to have things with artificial sweeteners in them and I try to buy all natural and/or organic…

try shaking things up a bit. cut back on carbs or cut out gluten and/or dairy. do something you haven't tried yet with the types of food you eat. sometimes your body just needs a change.

My diary's always open as well. I'm trying to eat healthy, not just to lose weight but to feel good and be around a long time. Wish I had started eating this way when I was younger! You're welcome to add me!

I have to agree with this. If I could lose 20 lbs before my wedding (in less than 3 weeks) with no ill effects and no risk of gaining it back, I would do it. However, I'm realistic and know the only way I can do this is to eat healthy and move more. Slow it goes, but at least it goes.

i very often have a bowl of cereal later in the evening if i'm feeling a bit hungry. or i will sometimes have a little "dessert" such as skinny cow ice cream sandwich or a gluten free cookie or 2 depending on how many calories i have left. sometimes i just need a little something sweet to tell my body it's the end of…

Have you heard of PB2? it's powdered peanut butter. much less fat. all you have to do is mix it with a little water to get peanut butter or you can put it in smoothies and stuff.

Totally normal! Just remember, you didn't gain the weight overnight (even though it may seem like it lol), you won't lose it overnight either. The healthy way to lose the weight is to try for 1-2 lbs. to week, making healthy food choices, drinking lots of water, and moving more. Start with small changes and work your way…

another option is to find a good slow cooker recipe and throw it all together the night before. it'll be done by morning. and the house will smell great!

i mix together a mashed banana, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp milled flaxseed, and 1/4 cup oatmeal with 3/4 cup almond milk. i actually follow the pkg directions on microwave cooking. i also keep watch so it doesn't overflow. the instant is 2 mins, the scottish oatmeal is 3-5 mins (my microwave is 3 mins) then cover for 2…

I religiously watch the new episodes on Saturday nights as well. I haven't decided what I think about the new story line yet. I like Clara but am still missing the Ponds and River Song. Curious to see where it's all going.
-
I'm curious to see where this all goes as well. I'm not so sure Clara is a baddie though. Hard not to miss the Ponds and River although I like Clara and am intrigued.

oh my that sounds YUM! I'll have to keep it in mind.

"If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got" Reminds me that if I fall into my old eating habits, I'll just keep putting on weight. Eat healthy to be healthy. Hey, I guess that's another quote lol

You should be eating 3 meals and 2-3 snacks per day. Be consistent as much as you can.

It's ok if you're under in carbs as far as I'm concerned as long as you're getting enough fiber in your diet. You seem to be making healthy choices on most days (I only looked back about 4-5 days) but you could add some healthy proteins or complex carbs. lean meats such as white meat chicken or fish, natural peanut butter,…

I use a little miracle whip light. But not everybody likes Miracle whip. My fiancee can't have any dairy so I used a salad dressing I made using coconut milk (or non-dairy cream such as Silk brand), silken tofu, and seasoning and . He really enjoyed it.

Your body is not who you are. Nobody can be a better you, than you. So, be yourself, everybody else is taken.

I typically lose about 1-2 lbs per week for a couple weeks, then have a week where I lose very little, nothing at all, or even gain. Then the next week i drop 4+ lbs. Body chemistry, water weight, reactions to certain foods, or just a great week. Accept the nice surprise and just be prepared next Monday in case you had…

I've been an emotional eater most of my life as well. Sometimes I have to make a little deal with myself. If I really want that "comfort food" of choice, I have to drink 1-2 glasses of water first. If I still want it, it helps me to have less of it because I feel fuller from the water. I also try to find healthier…

Oh wow, I never realized so many other people felt that way too! I went on WW several years ago starting at 286 lbs. i lost just over 100 lbs and was looking really good. although I never went under 180, clothes looked good on me and I felt comfortable in my own skin so I was ok staying around that weight. Then I let my…
