Sw 142.5 Cw 142.5 lbs lost 0 i feel like i look better, lost my butt, losing my hips. maybe i have some muscle? it's been a long time since i ate bad and i've been 9,000 steps average up from 5,000 daily average. i'll have to keep logging food since i don't do the T25 plan maybe that's the problem.

i had to rest day today. i did a lot yesterday and woke up feeling like crud mentally and physically. i will be burning a lot next 3 days so i guess it's ok that today is rest. i don't weigh until monday but i think i lost a lot, maybe too much too soon. as to why i'm feeling like crud.

omg i love slim in 6. i used to watch it and wish. i do it sometimes on my rest days from t25. i have gotten weights and she makes my abs look good. since i'm not doing it in a linear fashion i'm probably not going to be able to join you but good luck!

hot debate. i was told lift first. but after lifting i couldn't finish my cardio. so i cardio first. when i lift my muscles feel "warmed up" and ready to go. but i have a friend who does cardio last just fine.

yes they have to be with you, and one guest only. i'm pretty sure they sign the waiver. my guests have never been harassed but i had a pretty great pf gym by me, the desk people were amazing. my guest blended in :p

are you linked with MFP? it will log the calorie burn during the day and exercise.. it will give you calories back. are you saying it gives you a 780 calorie adjustment? you can choose to eat that back or not. personally i'd have nooo issue doing that :p but a lot of people don't eat back their exercise calories

lookup raw desserts... i could absolutely gain on that! i think what you want is a raw form of plant-based. like juicing and freelee the banana girl. just to warn you and don't say i didn't... you will bloat like a pregnant lady. consider yourself warned! have fun.

jump turns are rough on me too. i struggle with the vseat too. i always find myself answering "are you still with me?" with "no" or randomly yelling "shaun t!!!!!!" or "no more!"
