  • I have it set to lose a pound a week. But going through MFP it has you eating back your fitness calories which puts me at 1500 per day because I exercise a ton in the mornings 6 days per week. I just need to stay away from the sweets too much. THey are my downfall this time of year.

  • I also have the dreaded c-section shelf and I actually feel like I lose weight every where else except that shelf. It is so annoying. But I am not giving up:) I am also asking for a tummy tuck for Christmas, but chances are that won't happen either :laugh:
  • I will send you a friend request. It also takes me a long time to lose weight. I have actually given up weighing myself and have just been doing measurements. That seems to show quicker results for me then the scale does :)
  • Looking over your food diary I would add more fresh fruit to your diet and cut back on the sodium. Like other posters have said, sodium can make you bloat and thus not lose weight on the scale. I have the kind of body that needs to constantly be doing something different. I vary my cardio daily and can't eat the same thing…
  • There is so much out there. carrot sticks and hummus, popcorn, any kind of fruit, low-fat cheese, low-fat yogurt (but I stay away from the light kinds because of the fake sugar in them). Celery and natural pb, craisins, raisins, low-fat cottage cheese and any kind of fruit. Nuts in moderation. HTH!
  • Your stomach looks like mine. I had 2 c-sections in the past 6 years and can't get rid of my stomach. I think yours looks better then mine does as I have that great c-section fold under scar. I am hoping you get some good advice here.
  • I am at 1330. Is that close enough? My diary is open I just have to get in the grove with documenting on the weekends. I do great over the week but the weekend comes and I slack off on documenting. Trying to get better :)
