I have to say I disagree with this as well. Most people who regain their weight back do so because they either have a medical problem or they fell off of the wagon. I'll have to check my yogurt, I hadn't thought about checking sugars on yogurt, I've been checking calories and fats... I tried the Stevia and for some reason I thought it really tasted bad... Everyone else I've talked to who uses it loves it. I bought some of the monk fruit sweetner today, it's not too bad.

Sometimes I use the GNC Lean Shake. Sometimes I will snack on one cup of dry cheerios. I also like to scramble 2 eggs with one teaspoon of butter and four pieces of turkey bacon. Greek Yogurt is a good choice as well.

I use both dry measurements and weight depending on what I'm eating. I will snack on a cup of dry cheerios but I will also snack on 3 oz of baby carrotts. I use a digital postage scale, I find it much easier than the cheap one I had from walmart.
