Yesterday was pretty good. Worked it doing my 30DS and then went to the gym and did my C25k. Didn't realize I ate most of my workout calories. But thats ok. Today will be better!

Yesterday was an OKAY day. Not great. I ate good, but didn't do any workout. About to shred it. And going to the gym tonight! Will weigh myself there, hopefully my 2.5lbs for the week are gone.:wink:

Congratulations! I agree with talking to your doctor before starting a new workout plan. But if you're currently on a workout regimine, you can keep at it.

Did my EA Active 2 workout this morning! Just did 30 day shred. Plan to hit the gym tonight when hubby gets home. Going grocery shopping. Hoping to get some really healthy, yummy food to fill up my fridge! :happy: Hope everyone's having a great day!

Ate a great breakfast this morning and killed it on the treadmill. 1 hour of cardio done. Maybe I'll shred it today too. If my daughter gives me some free time.

I think it depends on the type of sugar. If you're sugar is coming from fruits and things that are good for you, then it should be ok. But if its all added and from processed foods, then maybe cut some of that out.

If you want to hurt ie.push yourself harder, which is what you want to do when you're working out, maybe up the speed. I do C25k and I walk at 3 and run at 4.7. Maybe up your speed to 3.3. The more you hurt after a workout, the better. Also, running on cement is harder than the treadmill. There is some cusion on a…

I just started running (Couch to 5K on my ipod, Love it!) and I can definitely tell a difference in me thighs. They're starting to slim down and look much better.

I also agree. The last little bit will be the hardest for you to lose. Try switching up your work out. (Do some laps in the pool, a workout class, or a sport like indoor volleyball)
