I am starting the 30 day shred today and was wondering if anyone would want to do it with me, add me as a friend and we can help motivate each other and discuss our progress

How did we find it today then the ones who've done it today??
I found it alright, i didn't want to to die like I thought I would! I still felt the burn though, not sure I will do the full ten days on level one, maybe just a week.0 -
Just did my first session... OMG am I out of shape! Managed the cardio bits ok, as I have done a couple of days running now, but my muscles are useless!! Lets do this together! Will need some motivation!0

I just ordered mine today and will start it when it arrives. Does anyone know of a good resource to read about someone's experience who has done it? Do you do it every single day for 30 days? What equipment will I need?

There are quite a few posters on their results, just search 30 day shred and you should find a bunch. I plan on doing it for 30 days straight. The only thing you need is a light weight set of dumbbells, like 3 lbs.0 -
