i either walk extra the next few days or cut down by 100 cals a day until gone , dont look at it as a daily intake i look over a week and make up any but rare over runs hope this helps regards needhams England

stick to your calorie limit and do excercise if you err a little cut down on cals the next week or increase excercise by 100-200 cals a day remember one pound a week is fine as it is nearly 4 stone a year welcome to the best app in the world i have lost 22lbs so far gone from 42 in waist to 36 since june
