    Remember to log everything as that is a real eyeopener sometimes, and exercise is the key.

    stick to your calorie limit and do excercise if you err a little cut down on cals the next week or increase excercise by 100-200 cals a day remember one pound a week is fine as it is nearly 4 stone a year welcome to the best app in the world i have lost 22lbs so far gone from 42 in waist to 36 since june
